Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman has been a gymnast from the US for more than 10 seasons. She was part and was captain for the US Olympic Female Gymnastics Women's Team, Fierce Five (2012) and Final Five (2016). At the 2012 Olympics in London she won gold medals in floor and team events, and a bronze in the balance beam. In the end, she became the first American in the Olympics who had the most amount of medals. In the 2016, Olympics she won a gold medal for the team event, which earned her as well as teammate Gabby Douglas the honor of having been among the few Americans to earn back-to-back team golds. Additionally, she won silver in the individual all around event and floor exercises. Between the two Olympics she had taken an absence from gymnastics competition for three years. The gold medal she won for the American team also took home 2 World Championships. Gymnastics was her first sport of choice at the age of two and her favourite event is floor exercises. Aly is a member of her local Uniting Against Lung Cancer group to honor her late grandma. She hopes to become fashion-forward and increase her line of Leotards and socks in coming years. Fierce the new novel she is working on will be released sometime in the coming year.
